HISTORY:   

Traded 1964 Cortina GT on second hand ivory coloured Flamingo from Williams Hunt in Bloemfontein.  Surname Faasen found in handbook.  Up rated Cortina GT motor fitted with special camshaft and twin side draught webers.  Car extensively used on duty gravel roads.  Air cleaner system ineffective.  Gideon van der Westhuizen fitted a double choke down draught weber.  With large pancake air cleaner.  Car had later domed type hubcaps.  Sold to a miner in Koffiefontein.
