HISTORY:   

Present owner Willie Meissner Jnr.  This car was found by Dr Con Joubert on a "rubbish dump" in Swaziland.  Con performed another incredible job of restoring the "find", as the photos will testify.  The flamingo then found itself in the hands of Rudi Appel who owned it for round twenty years and many thousands of kilometers of happy motoring.  Rudi recently went into retirement and Clarry Taylor with his exceptional restoration skills is assisting Willie to get the car really usable again.  The car is almost original, requiring only TLC.
