John preferred the car as it originally was meant to look and decided to redo the interior of the car. |

HISTORY:
This is what it looks like at present....
.
On the 18th of June 2004 John bought his
Flamingo no. 65027
from his good friend Martin Kruger
.
(Martin bought the Flamingo from Derek Sampson in August 2003.)
John has stripped the interior of the car and is meticulously
restoring it. This is what the dash looked like,
possibly an unusual look in leopard print.
On the 01st of March 1963 John Damant bought
his first Dart new for R774.00
.
Then in 1966 he bought his first Flamingo.
